One of the Helios Centre's most important objectives is to help trigger enlightened debate among the full breadth of energy interests. This means ensuring that decision makers as well as stakeholders - whether large industrial users or small environmental groups - are provided with the means to fully understand the breadth of issues and options before them. Dissemination of balanced studies and reports plays a key role toward this end.
As part of its public interest mandate, the Helios Centre makes the bulk of its publications available free of charge for downloading. (In some cases, a time lag between initial publication and availability on the web site may apply.)
